Booking + Payment Plans:

In some cases for some specific courses & retreats we offer payment plan options. If you have chosen a payment plan upon booking, e.g ‘50% now & 50% later’ the remaining 50% of your booking will be issued to you in the form of an invoice via email 20 days after the initial booking. You will have 7 days to make the remainder of this payment. You will be sent reminders throughout this 27 day period to ensure your payment is made before or within the 27 days. If you choose the payment plan option when there is 20 or less days before the event takes place then your invoice will be issued to you between 1-10 days after your initial booking and you will have 2 days to complete the payment. If you fail to make the second 50% payment after the specified 2-7 day period your ticket will not be valid. If you fail to make the second 50% payment we cannot refund your initial 50% deposit or transfer your booking/ deposit to another date. If you fail to make the second 50% payment your space for the event/retreat/class/workshop you have purchased will not be valid, will be cancelled, and it will be given to someone else. We have a very high demand for our retreats & workshops, so if you fail to make the final payment of 50% of your booking, your ticket will be given away to someone on our waiting list.
