Day Itinerary

Morning

10:00am | Be greeted with warm fresh Ginger tea upon arrival, have the opportunity to meet your fellow sisters as we head into our first intention-setting circle

10:30am | Welcome & intention setting circle

11:00am | Enjoy a slowly cooked nourishing breakfast,* prepared by our foraging chef.

*All meals will be plant based. We will aim to accommodate any allergies or dietary requirements

11:30am | As we are gathered in circle, Tash & Elsa will lead a conversation about foraging, wild harvesting natural clay, and how to commune with the earth’s offerings. You will then be led on a sacred 'Earth' walk along the water. Here you will discover how to create stillness & deep connectedness with the earth. Be guided through a rooting meditation and visualisation, and a deep sense experience

12:00am | Tash will teach you innate art of ceramics as you sit on the banks of the River Avon, abundant with wild clay. Discuss and connect with the origins of this ancient material as you harvest your own clay from the ground beneath you. Tash will teach you how to honour our earth and explore freedom in creativity by incoorprating all the natural elements & textures into your pieces

Afternon

1:00pm | Return to our Riverside Lodge to be served lunch in circle, prepared by our foraging chef

1:30pm | Seasonal secret nature activity !

2:00 | Learn how to handbuild your own functional ceramic pieces.*

Return to your sense experience and channel your learning as you approach creating your first functional ceramic pieces. Learn the innate hand pinching technique & coil method to create a ritual cup, a spoon & a traditional water vessel. Learn how to weave your creativity, nature & poetry into your pieces.

*Your pieces will be glazed & fired for you after the retreat so that you have fully functional, food safe, dishwasher proof tableware. Option of delivery or collection for your pieces

3:30 | Time for you to take an exhale from the day thus far with a herbal tea & organic snack. Turn inwards journal, draw read, stretch, and connect with your sisters.

We will provide art materials, and an abundance of books on wild harvesting, herbalism, spirituality, creativity, ceramics, art

Evening

4:30pm | Cleanse, flow and let go with a gentle evening wild swim. Bathe in the soothing energy of the river, warming up with a foraged herbal tea

5:00pm | Return to our circle to nourish with a lovingly home cooked meal, prepared by our foraging chef

5:30pm | Arrive into a womb-like space with a sacred crystal & flower mandala created by Elsa to receive wisdom & guidance from the universe & from each other. Upon entrance, Elsa will cleanse each woman's aura using a sacred tool. You will be guided through a deep heart-opening meditation inviting ritual & ceremony. This will be a space for you to open & share your inner truth

7:15pm | Home time for guests

Overnight Stay - (both Saturday night & Sunday night)

~ Limited space for optional overnight stay, additional +£90 ~

8:00pm | Star gaze with your sisters in an intimate group by the river. Wrapped in blankets with a warm herbal blend. Welcome the new moon in Aries

9:00pm | Take your own space and watch for night-time wildlife or relax around the burning log fire on the veranda of the Riverside Lodge. Snuggle up in your private room with only the sound of birdsong & river flow to relax you into restful sleep

8:00am | Honour the sunrise and take yourself for a gentle morning swim, forest bathe, or do morning yoga on our mats.

Revitalised & restored, enjoy a peaceful breakfast on the private veranda at the Riverside Lodge

9:00am | Home time for guests

If the Earth offers us rainfall on our retreat, we will slightly adjust the order of activities and honour the weather! For example, we will offer an alternative to the river swim for those who wish to stay dry)
